WALK & TALK THERAPY -

Walk and talk therapy takes our work outside a traditional therapy office and into a natural setting. The focus of sessions remains the same as traditional talk therapy - supporting you in exploring your thoughts, feelings and goals - while adding the benefit of bilateral movement and the calming influence of nature. Some benefits expressed by clients include experiencing greater comfort when discussing challenging thoughts and feelings when side-by-side versus face-to-face, greater clarity and motivation, and feeling more emotionally regulated after sessions.

Clients wishing to engage in walk and talk therapy will meet for an initial intake session to discuss the suitability of this approach for your presenting concerns, as well as any necessary considerations and details.
