Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD)

Living with BPD often means experiencing emotions intensely, navigating challenging relationships, and coping with patterns that can feel overwhelming. At the same time, individuals with BPD have unique strengths, including deep empathy, creativity, and resilience. My approach is rooted in attachment, prioritizing the development of a safe and validating therapeutic relationship. I also draw on Internal Family Systems (IFS) to explore how different parts of yourself are working to meet your needs, while integrating DBT skills to support emotional regulation. Together, we will work toward greater self-understanding and balance, and a building a more fulfilling life.
