ADHD
Living with ADHD can bring unique strengths, but it can also create challenges with focus, organization, time management, and follow-through. Many individuals struggle with internalized shame from years of being misunderstood or struggling in ways others don’t appear to. As someone with ADHD myself and a background in teaching and supporting students with executive dysfunction, I bring both lived experience and professional insight to our work together. In therapy, we focus on understanding how your neurodiverse brain works, reducing self-criticism, celebrating the strengths of a neurodiverse brain, and building strategies that support areas of executive functioning. My goal is to help you move from frustration to empowerment, approaching daily life with greater confidence and self-acceptance.
