Using a person-centred approach, I provide a supportive space for children, adults, and seniors to be heard, find hope, gain greater self-awareness, and learn strategies to manage distress and improve relationships. I also offer mindfulness groups for children and adults that provide tools to help manage the symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression.
